Business Center

There is a 24-hour business center located on the fifth floor and it is free for all attendees. There will be an attendant for additional assistance 09:00–18:00 Monday–Friday.

No Electronic Capturing

Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in technical and poster sessions, luncheons, and throughout the exhibition area.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking inside the Hilton Buenos Aires or convention center.

Lost and Found

Location: Registration – Level 0, Foyer Sur

Items found during the conference should be turned into Registration. If you lose an item, check with the AAPG staff at Registration first, if your item has not been turned in, you may leave your contact information, so we can contact you should the item be found or turned in at a later time.

Location: Registration–Level 0, Foyer Sur

Limited space will be available at Registration in the Foyer Sur should you need a place to store your luggage. Hilton guests may store their luggage with the concierge next to the front desk in the lobby. If you are staying at another hotel, please utilize their luggage storage service as the Hilton will not be able to assist you.

Emergency Services and Healthcare in Buenos Aires

Public health care in Buenos Aires is reasonably good and free, even if you’re a foreigner. Private-care systems are also available at a premium cost. Most private doctors and hospitals will expect payment in cash. Many medical personnel speak English.
