Speakers and Judges Service Center
Location: Level 5, Lenga
Speakers are required to check in with the Judges Service Center the day prior to their presentation to upload their electronic presentation with technical support.
All judges should stop by the Judges Service Center to pick up packets prior to their assigned sessions. You will receive final instructions and answers to any questions regarding the judging process. Completed scorecards should be returned to the Judges Service Center as soon as possible after evaluating your session. Workspace is provided for you to complete score cards. Judges are still
needed. Inquire inside the Judges Service Center.
There is a 24-hour business center located on the fifth floor and it is free for all attendees. There will be an attendant for additional assistance 09:00–18:00 Monday–Friday.
No Electronic Capturing
Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in technical and poster sessions, luncheons, and throughout the exhibition area.
There is no smoking inside the Hilton Buenos Aires or convention center.
Lost and Found
Location: Registration – Level 0, Foyer Sur
Items found during the conference should be turned into Registration. If you lose an item, check with the AAPG staff at Registration first, if your item has not been turned in, you may leave your contact information, so we can contact you should the item be found or turned in at a later time.

Limited space will be available at Registration in the Foyer Sur should you need a place to store your luggage. Hilton guests may store their luggage with the concierge next to the front desk in the lobby. If you are staying at another hotel, please utilize their luggage storage service as the Hilton will not be able to assist you.
